Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement and Scope of Services

1.1. Little Motorz agrees to provide the agreed services based on the terms outlined below. These terms constitute a binding contract between you (the customer) and Little Motorz. Any other terms or conditions not expressly stated in this agreement will not apply, unless specifically agreed in writing.

1.2. The "services" provided by Little Motorz refer to the hire of the selected package, which includes the vehicles and any other equipment as agreed during booking.

1.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old. By confirming
your booking, you enter into a legally binding contract with Little Motorz.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. A £100 booking and damage deposit is required upon purchase. This deposit will be refunded after your event, provided no damage or loss occurs during the hire of the vehicles or equipment. Payments can be made via online bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 48 hours after the event, subject to the condition that no damage has occurred.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

3.1. No food or drink should be consumed near the vehicles or equipment.

3.2. If the event is outdoors and it begins to rain, you must cover all vehicles and equipment with the provided covers. If heavy rain is forecast, we recommend arranging an indoor venue or marquee. You, as the hirer, are responsible for considering weather conditions when booking. If no alternative is made, we are not responsible for any refunds, although your deposit may be applied to reschedule your event.

3.3. The vehicles will be delivered fully charged, with an average battery life
of 2 hours. If the battery depletes, please do not attempt to charge the vehicle yourself.

3.4. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, and must be seated in the vehicles while using them.

3.5. Only children under the age of 8 are permitted to use the vehicles.

3.6. The venue must provide a minimum space of 10 x 10 meters to accommodate the chosen packages. If the space is deemed inadequate, Little Motorz reserves the right to adjust the number of vehicles, reduce the scope of the booking, or cancel the booking altogether, retaining any payments made.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. If you cancel your event within 14 days of booking (the cooling-off period), you will receive a full refund. After the 14-day cooling-off period, if you wish to cancel, you may receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event date.

If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, no refund will be issued, and all funds paid will be retained.

4.2. Little Motorz reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as adverse weather conditions or events beyond our control. In the case of cancellation due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, the
deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

4.3. Little Motorz reserves the right to refuse service if the venue or access to the venue is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our staff. In such cases, no
refund will be provided.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate the agreement immediately by providing
written notice if the other party commits a significant breach of the agreement. If the breach is something that can be corrected, the breaching party must remedy it within 7 days of receiving written notice.

6. Liability

6.1. Little Motorz agrees to provide the services with reasonable skill and care. We accept liability for any negligence on our part, as outlined in this clause.

6.2. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6.3. Neither party will be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

6.4. Our liability is strictly limited to the services explicitly agreed upon in this contract.

7. Force Majeure (unforeseen circumstances)

Neither Little Motorz
nor the customer will be held liable for any breach of this agreement caused by events outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, extreme weather, fire, flood, war, government actions, industrial disputes, or power failures.

8. General Terms

8.1. Any changes or amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

8.2. These terms are enforceable only by the parties to the contract, and no third
party has the right to enforce any part of this agreement.

8.3. Little Motorz hires the vehicles and equipment with the understanding that parental supervision is required at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety of the children during the hire period.

8.4. At the start of the event, the lead hirer will receive a full safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the vehicles.
